After attending the famous Wandee Culinary Art School in Bangkok, I have been working as a private chef and in Tana Thai, one of Bedford's most famous restaurants. Passionate about Thai cuisine, I have always been eager for everyone to discover its beauty. Every time I cook, I do it as if I cook for my own family, using only the very best ingredients and lots of love. I hope that through the traditional and delicious Thai dishes I create, you too will discover a whole new world of flavours and nutrition.
